Washington Hill Community Association serves the area of the City of Baltimore encompassed by the following boundaries: on the north, Fayette Street from Central Avenue east to Washington Street, west side of Washington south to Lombard Street, north side of Lombard west to Broadway, west side of Broadway south to Pratt Street, north side of Pratt west to Eden Street, west side of Eden south to Gough Street, north side of Gough west to Central Avenue, east side of Central north to Fayette Street.

District 12 and District 13 are apart of WHCA.
